A Dreamy 2-bed in Holland Park

A Full Moon

Located near the leafy Holland Park, this apartment has the wow factor.

Not only does it teeter perfectly on the edge of minimalism (without being too boring), but it’s also got one of the dreamiest shelf situations we’ve ever seen #shelfie.

Seriously, it was love at first sight.

The open living/dining area makes the apartment light and airy – and it’s also great for whipping up a delicious morning brunch. Or, head out to one of these spots nearby if the idea of lifting a finger on holiday makes you shudder.

Leafy Ladbroke Apartment

Ladbroke Pad

Sorry, but can we just appreciate that adorable sofa for a moment…

This Ladbroke pad sleeps 2 and whilst it’s fairly small, it’s got everything you need for a weekend getaway in the capital. Not to mention the amount of greenery the flat boasts.

The green bathroom tiles with the freestanding bath is another of our favourite parts of this cosy flat. Whether you want to head into the city centre – the transport links nearby are pretty fab – or spend the evening soaking in the tub with a good book, is up to you.

Bright 1-bed Near Portobello Road

Bright 1-bed Near Portobello Road

Just moments from Portobello Road, this Notting Hill Airbnb boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and a second bedroom with a desk should you need to crack on with a little work before you set out to explore the neighbourhood.

The bedroom is reminiscent of a classy boudoir with plenty of plush pillows, a vanity table, and a large bay window. Plants are dotted about the house – it really feels like a home away from home.

Ideally-located Modern Home

Lempicka

The location of this stylish 2-bed just cannot be beaten: Notting Hill Gate tube station is a two-minute walk away, providing excellent transport links to the rest of the city. And on the inside, this house is just as impressive.

Mid-century design meets East Asian inspiration. The result? A gorgeous home filled with rich colours and pretty artwork. The modern galley-esque kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whilst the two bedrooms are decently sized.

Eclectic Ladbroke Grove Flat

Major Scales

Boasting an original fireplace, a focal antique piano, and an intimate balcony area that’s ideal for enjoying your morning coffee alfresco, this sophisticated one-bed hits all the right notes.

The living room could oh-so-easily feel too cluttered, but each item feels like it was placed with purpose, resulting in an apartment bursting with character. This eclectic theme runs throughout the flat; the bedroom is filled with mixed wood furniture and an impressive regal bed frame.

The kitchen is another big selling point for this flat – it’s spacious and has large windows overlooking the residential street below. Enjoy breakfast with a view.

Spacious Apartment with Pastel Touches

St Anns Road

As you would expect from a property nestled in Notting Hill, this flat is a tasteful escape from the hustle and bustle of central London.

The top perk might just be a gorgeous balcony overlooking the gardens and Georgian terraces of the streets nearby.

The surroundings are quiet but no more than a short walk to the charming Holland Park, Portobello Road and all the exciting stuff that goes on there.

Cool West London Pad

Portobello Pastimes

Just around the corner from Ladbroke Grove, this two-bed is light and airy, but emerald sofas and a boho-chic rug ensure that the apartment is bursting with personality.

The house is set out over three floors, with the top floor bedroom boasting some pretty impressive views of the surrounding area – as does the quaint terrace.

You’re also only 10 minutes from Holland Park too, which we highly recommend exploring.

2-bed Flat with Exposed BrickworkCool West London Pad

Carnivalesque

With gasp-worthy exposed brickwork, a delightful duck egg blue kitchen, and comfortable beds, you’ll be in no hurry to forget your stay here

Random accessories are dotted throughout the home – we’re talking everything from a surfboard in the living room to a nodding cat in the kitchen – though these little oddities are what help to make this maisonette so special.

Oh, and don’t forget to make good use of the wine fridge hidden in the kitchen.

Sun-Swept Loft

Sun Swept Loft

This lovely three-bedroom apartment gets drenched in natural light. Spread across two floors with a gorgeous open-plan communal area, you’ll have plenty of space to hang out with friends or family here.

The bedrooms sit under the eaves of the building’s roof in a converted loft space but come just as spacious as your communal space. Tasteful period furniture is found throughout the property and you’ll find space to work in a few of the bedrooms, should you need to get something done during your holiday.

Sleek and Spacious Apartment with a Roof Terrace

On the Corner

If you’re looking for a big apartment in Notting Hill, one sizable enough to accommodate six guests, you can’t do much better than this stunning location

The apartment is uber stylish, having been decorated with the latest designs and some very tasteful applications of wood. Looking at the kitchen you might be fooled into thinking you were in one of London’s swanky cocktail bars.

Bathtubs can be found in some of the bedrooms’ en suites and you’ll have a spacious communal area for hanging out in when you’re not out and about. Best of all the communal space? A charming rooftop terrace, replete with decking and sleek outdoor furniture.

Bohemian Apartment with Two Bedrooms

The Artist's Vision

This lovely apartment used to belong to the 18th-century illustrator John Hassall. It retains the artist’s creative charms but has been updated to bring it into the modern age.

The kitchen-dining room with its large windows looking out onto the lush greens of the back garden is our favourite feature. That said, the kitchen and its marble-topped workspaces are also right up our street. And while we’re at it the conservatory window that keeps the place looking light and airy would be a nice touch to any apartment.

Mid-Century Apartment with Roof Terrace

She Bangs the Drums

We absolutely love the look of this place. It’s giving us the vibes of the inner-city home of some well-respected psychiatrists, and those wood floors! Absolutely to die for.

The space itself has been decorated super tastefully, operating on a level of minimalism thay allows the beauty of the apartment itself to shine through.

A lovely spiral staircase will lead you upstairs to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms above. You’ll find the rooms cosy and a little more warmly decorated than the lower floor.

Just to top it all off a roof terrace commands views of the city we’d find hard to beat, and a tube station round the corner means you can get into the city centre in no time flat.

Practical Tips for Booking Notting Hill Airbnbs

  • Notting Hill Carnival is a huge event that takes place each year towards the end of August – accommodation in the area books up really quickly so you’ll want to plan ahead.
  • Notting Hill is a beautiful place to explore in itself but if you want to venture out to the rest of the capital, staying close to Notting Hill Gate or Ladbroke Grove tube stations is ideal.
