Fairgame, a giant adult funfair (and no, that doesn’t mean it’s X-rated), landed in Canary Wharf in 2022 and it’s still wild.
The gist
Essentially, it’s 20,000 sq ft of fairground games and activities aimed squarely at adults. By that we mean it’s highly competitive, booze-fuelled madness.

The games
They’ve upped the ante, taking all your favourite fairground classics and rigging them up with the latest point-scoring tech so there’s no chance of foul play.
You’ll get a games card when you arrive and use it every time you want to play. When you finish a game, your points automatically shoot up onto a leaderboard for all your friends to see, nothing like a bit of healthy competition. Expect all the usual fairground classics, whac-a-mole, roll-a-ball derby, duck shooting and water gun clown among them, every single one linked up to those leaderboards. Score high enough and there’s a custom teddy bear up for grabs too.
The grub
Here, everything is levelled up. The food is more pop-up street food market than burger vans doing not-sure-what-this-is-made-from patties.
Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana fires up the ovens, dough made fresh daily and left to ferment, for that perfect crust. Burger & Beyond are on hand to replace the burger vans (gotta love those pimped-out tater tots). Dos Mas handle the Mexican side of things, tacos, snacks, churros and other elevated street food.
Given the whole concept is a fairground for adults, there’s the drinks side too, artisanal cocktails, adult slushies, an in-house “Bear Goggles” lager, and Prosecco-infused candy floss. Lo and no-alcohol versions of the cocktails are available too, if you’re not drinking.
The London x London Take: the second site opening is the real signal here, this isn’t a novelty that faded after the opening buzz, it’s popular enough that the team have replicated the format elsewhere in the city. If you’ve got a group booking to make, check both locations before committing, since availability and events sometimes differ between the two.
There’s now a second London site
Fairgame has expanded since it first opened, there’s now a second location at 1 New Change, near St Paul’s, alongside the original Canary Wharf site. Both run the same core format, games, street food and cocktails, though check each venue’s own events calendar since Halloween, Pride and seasonal takeovers sometimes run at one site and not the other.

Tickets and pricing: The venue has moved to a token-based system since it opened, pre-purchase Drinks, Food or Candy tokens, or flexible Fairgame Credit that covers everything except the games themselves. There’s no minimum group size, solo visitors are welcome to join the gaming floor, though groups of 16 or more need to book through the events team. Check current pricing and book directly here.
