The Dare Skywalk Experience

Dare Skywalk

Begin your experience at basecamp, where you’ll meet your friendly guide who will clip you in and give you a quick briefing. Then, the fun begins.

You’ll first climb 100 steps that lead to a wraparound walkway above the stadium, where you’ll get the chance to marvel at the view and snap some high-altitude photos.

Remember to keep your eyes peeled for the famous golden cockerel perched atop of the stadium, overlooking the city. It’s hard to miss him.

Once you’ve spent some time ogling the view, you’ll be invited to step out onto the glass apex, which sits 46.8 metres above the pitch below. On a clear day, you’ll even be able to spot the likes of the Olympic Park, Canary Wharf, and Alexandra Palace in the distance.

Ready to Face The Edge?

If that wasn’t exhilarating enough, add The Edge to your experience.

Instead of heading back down the way you came, you’ll be strapped in and released down the side of the building at a whopping 2 metres per second. Weeeee!

Or, if that’s a little bit too OTT, opt to head back down the steps to terra firma.

Finish your climb with a locally-brewed beer, soft drink, or glass of bubbly in the bar. Time your visit with the sunset for the most magical experience (and the best photos, of course) – this is a truly unique experience in the capital that you do not want to miss.
