No Such Thing As A Fish, Jameela Jamil, History Hit and the Empire Film Podcast lead the line-up for the festival’s landmark edition this September.
The UK’s original podcast festival returns to Kings Place from 4–14th September 2025, celebrating a decade of live podcasting with a bumper line-up of returning favourites, indie gems, and a first-ever partnership with History Hit. Tickets have just gone on sale, with prices from £11.
The London Podcast Festival is officially in its grown-up era. Returning this September to Kings Place for its 10th anniversary edition, the festival is back with an eclectic mix of pod stars, cult favourites and live performances spanning everything from comedy and pop culture to history and audio drama.
Running from 4–14 September 2025, this year’s milestone edition marks a decade of the festival at Kings Place: the event that kickstarted Europe’s live podcast scene. Since launching in 2016, the festival has welcomed over 68,000 visitors and more than 750 podcasts to its stages, offering fans a chance to connect with their favourite shows in person and online.

This year’s line-up features headliners like No Such Thing As A Fish, The Empire Film Podcast, Wrong Turns with Jameela Jamil and Tommy’s Brownload, alongside a slate of new collaborations, including a dedicated strand from the team at History Hit.
The full festival will once again take over all of Kings Place’s versatile spaces — from the main performance halls to the podcast lounge and canal-side terrace — with many events also livestreamed via KPlayer for fans around the world.
Festival curator and Head of Artistic Planning at Kings Place, Rebecca Millican, said:
“Ten years ago, we set out to make Kings Place the home of live podcasting. A decade later, we’re proud to still be at the centre of this vibrant community. Podcasting has grown into a cultural force and the London Podcast Festival is where fans can gather to celebrate, discover, and connect.”

Among the first wave of events announced:
- No Such Thing As A Fish return for back-to-back shows across 5–6 September
- The Empire Film Podcast returns on 13 September
- Jameela Jamil’s sharp new podcast Wrong Turns joins the bill on 14 September
- Tommy’s Brownload is back with late-night laughs on 5 September
- Wooden Overcoats celebrate their 10th anniversary with a new episode on 7 September
For history buffs, the newly launched History Hit at London Podcast Festival strand will include:
- Betwixt the Sheets with Kate Lister (4 Sept)
- The Ancients with Tristan Hughes (5 Sept)
- After Dark with Anthony Delaney and Maddy Pelling (5 Sept)
- Dan Snow’s History Hit live (12 Sept)
Also on the line-up are indie faves Three Bean Salad, audio drama highlights on Wooden Overcoats Presents… Audio Drama Day, wrestling satire from Wrestle Me!, and Shaping Tomorrow Presented by Hear Art — a deaf-led video podcast spotlighting disabled talent in the creative industries.
Tickets for the first wave of shows go on sale from Tuesday 1 July, starting at just £11. Fans can book in-person or online via kingsplace.co.uk, and more shows will be added over the summer.
London x London Take
There’s no denying it: podcasts are (STILL) having a moment. What the London Podcast Festival does so well is tap into the intimacy of the format, bringing fans and creators face to face in the same space.
With a line-up that spans history, culture, audio drama and seriously deep-cut comedy, this is the podcast world’s Glastonbury. Grab a ticket early – this year’s birthday edition is guaranteed to sell out.
