The Format: Two Events in One Night
On Friday 18 July 2025, Your Friend, My Friend (YFMF), Ireland’s leading singles events company, brings its winning formula to London for the first time at NYX Holborn.
So, what’s the deal? The evening begins with a classic Speed Dating session from 7.30 to 9.30pm. Attendees will meet around 18 fellow singles in a quickfire, face-to-face format designed to spark genuine connections without the pressure. The process is simple: tick yes or no on a card after each date. If there’s a mutual match, YFMF will send you their contact details the next day.
But the night doesn’t end there. At 9.30pm, the rooftop opens for a laid-back singles party complete with DJ, skyline views, and plenty of opportunities to keep the conversations flowing. Whether you’re vibing with someone from the earlier session or arriving just for the party, it’s a great way to meet like-minded Londoners without the digital filter.
This first event is tailored for professional singles aged 27–45 and is already generating buzz — a lot of the advance tickets have already been snapped up (in fact, the ladies tickets are almost sold out). So if you’ve ever said “there must be a better way to meet people,” this is your chance.
This might be YFMF’s first UK event, but they’re far from new to the game.
