Smash burgers, frozen margaritas and Glasto on the big screen, all with a view of the Thames.
ArcadeX has returned to the riverfront, and it’s shaping up to be one of the season’s best spots to eat, drink and unwind. Running from 20th June for twelve weeks, the pop-up has once again transformed the Coaling Jetty at Battersea Power Station into a sun-soaked playground of global street food, drinks and live entertainment.
What’s the Deal?

The set-up is classic London summer. Think DJs spinning riverside, tequila cocktails clinking under parasols, and Battersea’s iconic chimneys watching over the whole thing. It’s open from Wednesday to Sunday, and whether you’re dropping in for lunch, booking a day bed or coming by for golden hour, there’s something for every kind of plan.
Food-wise, the line-up is strong. MANNA are back with their viral smash burgers served straight from a food truck, BAO are delivering their cult buns and fried chicken, and Gracey’s Pizza is going full New York with mega slices and crispy bases. Over at MEXA, the tacos are handmade, the beef is slow-cooked, and the Casamigos margaritas are dangerously drinkable. For something sweet, grab local gelato from Two Little Giraffes or gluten-free doughnuts from Borough 22.
Drinks are curated by award-winning bartender Rich Woods, who has created an exclusive tequila cocktail menu in partnership with Casamigos. There are three bars on-site serving cold beers, wine, spritzes and frozen margaritas to keep things cool.
Screenings in the Sun
It’s not just about food and drinks either. ArcadeX is showing live screenings of summer’s biggest cultural and sporting events. Highlights include Glastonbury (26 – 29th June), Wimbledon (3 – 13th July), the Tour de France, and the Women’s Euros. Add in a steady line-up of live music and DJs, and you’ve got every reason to come back more than once.
The London x London Take
This is exactly how to do a summer pop-up in London. Big flavour, breezy energy and a location that makes you want to hang around long after the sun’s gone down. Grab the tacos. Order the spritz. Stay for the tunes.
